I'm a new Boulderite and this is the first I've heard of these venerable traditions. Note to self: Must find excuse to be downtown shopping on the days of these events.... LOL
Generally the Boulder police are pretty sensible but I think they could find better things to do than prosecute naked students and cyclists. Why spoil the fun for everyone?

Have you seen the pictures of some of those Naked Bike riders?!
Holy Cloth! Clothing was invented for some very good reasons.
They did hurt something.
