This week, I spoke with NYC Council Members Melissa Mark-Viverito of Manhattan and the Bronx and Brad Lander of Brooklyn about the new model of participatory budgeting in New York. Then I talked to John Oppermann of Earth Day New York and Dr. Michael Oppenheimer of Princeton University about Earth Day in the New York area. Finally, we heard from Ambassador Michael Kenneth Moore of New Zealand about the proposed Trans-Pacific Partnership Agreement.
