As the convention center opened despite the delay of the official start of the RNC, we sought out youth vote expert Dr. Susan MacManus, political science professor at the University of South Florida. MacManus says as a distinguished professor, she's highly selective about her classes, and prefers the fresh perspectives of freshmen and seniors. We chatted about some of what's surprised her about her students' priorities in the lead-up to this year's election.
