The latest bin Laden tape will be aired on an Islamist website, the site said Friday. According to the US-based SITE Institute, the recording, titled "The Path to Foiling Plots in Iraq" or "The Way to Contain the Conspiracies," is directed at Iraq and an al Qaeda-linked terrorist organization, the Islamic State of Iraq.
The recording runs a reported 56 minutes and was produced by al Qaeda's media arm As-Sahab. Typically, such recordings are released sometime in a three-day range following the announcement that they will be aired.
