Barbara Walters remembered Tim Russert this afternoon on MSNBC, telling Keith Olbermann that "the country will be in deep mourning" over Russert's death.
"Tim was not a pretty face," Walters remembered. "He has a wonderful face, and that big grin....[but] Tim did not look the part."
Walters continued, calling Russert "an example of someone we can all be so proud of," adding, "there aren't too many journalists [Americans are] going to mourn for."
