The attorney for embattled Gov. Rod Blagojevich said Monday night that Blagojevich is not planning to resign.
"He's not stepping aside," Ed Genson told reporters after meeting with Blagojevich. "He hasn't done anything wrong, we're going to fight this case."
Blagojevich told reporters that he was eager to have his say, but now is not the time:
I can't wait to talk to you guys and have a chance to be able to say the things I'm looking forward to saying, but there's a time and place for all of that and we'll soon let you know when it's gonna be.
