A Chicago entrepreneur has hit on a potentially recession-proof business: sex toy delivery.
The Kinky Llama, which has been delivering sex toys to the doorsteps of Chicagoans for two-and-half years, has been booming despite the economic downturn, founder Anthony Mikrut told the Tribune.
Mikrut, 33, said the idea for the company, which promises one-hour delivery around-the-clock, was born when he and his girlfriend found themselves in need one night and had nowhere to turn.
"We figured you can get pizza any time of night," he said. "Why can't you get [sex] toys?"
