A 36-year-old man was arrested in Petaluma Saturday night for driving under the influence after allegedly running over his wife's foot by accident following an argument between the two, according to police.
Thomas Atteo was arrested after the incident, which occurred at about 9:30 p.m. in the 1200 block of San Rafael Drive, Petaluma police said.
Atteo and his wife were arguing in the street, according to police, who said Atteo then unintentionally ran over his wife's foot while leaving the scene in his vehicle.
