Midwest's Unemployment Rate 2nd Worst In Nation

The Midwest's February unemployment rate was the second-highest among regions in the nation based on federal figures released Friday.

The region's jobless rate reached 8.6% last month, up from 8.1% in January, according to data from the U.S. Department of Labor.
