According to Police, a Providence costume shop owner Ann Bruno was using a computer to harass a competitor. The 59-year-old RI woman was charged with misdemeanor cyberstalking for subjecting Tracy Sisson to harassing phone calls, and on-line attacks.
A local reporter from NBC Channel 10 proceeded to confront Ms. Bruno in her place of business and she proved herself to be crazy enough to commit these crimes, possibly crazy enough that they're not her fault.
