A out-of-control livery cab plowed into a street festival in Queens this afternoon -- sending 13 people to the hospital, officials said.
The wild scene erupted near the middle of the Queens Ecuadorian Festival, when the motorist drove through several food booths at Junction Boulevard and 37th Avenue shortly after 1 p.m., cops said.
