Now she does: "Imelda, A New Musical" just opened at Manhattan's Julia Miles Theatre. The oeuvre documents Imelda's evolution from the 1940s to the 1980s, beginning with Philippine Independence and ending with her ousting. Act 1 even contains a song called "3,000 Pairs of Shoes."
