Three former workers at a Westmont car wash are accusing their former manager of sexual harassment and say they have video to prove it, Fox Chicago reports.
Three former employees of Fuller Car Wash, all of them undocumented immigrants, claim that they were made to suffer constant come-ons from the manager, Walter Fuller Jr., who allegedly offered them raises and vacation time in return for sexual favors.
Fuller denies the allegations.
One of the employees hid a cell phone camera and recorded one such exchange.
A Kent Law School professor quoted by Fox said the tape is pretty damning for Fuller.
"The fact that this guy has his hands on the employee is two strikes against the employer. They're going to need an awfully good explanation for why this is appropriate at any level," Rich Gonzalez told Fox Chicago.
