12 Days, 12 Cities, 12 Families -- Read All The Stories

Over the last 12 days, HuffPost Impact has presented stories from cities across the U.S. -- stories of struggle, hope and redemption. Thanks to all of you who contributed to the families and organizations featured in this series. Together, we raised over $12,000 for these families in need.
