Crowd Chants 'USA! USA!' After Haiti Rescue Effort (VIDEO)

As the White House helps coordinate its major disaster response effort in Haiti, it is also focused on highlighting how the rescue work is burnishing America's image abroad.

On Tuesday, the White House press office emailed out the YouTube clip below with a subject line, "AMAZING VIDEO: Crowd starts chanting USA, USA during L.A. County USAR rescue."

The description on YouTube says, "After hours of work, an L.A. County urban search and rescue team pulls a woman from the rubble as crowds begin to chant 'USA, USA.'"
