Cosmo Editor Still Seeking Justice After Light Falls On Her At Diane Von Furstenberg Show

Cosmo's fashion and accessories market editor Karen Larrain is still waiting to settling a lawsuit she filed after a lighting fixture fell on her head and gave her a concussion at Diane von Furstenberg's September 2005 show, Page Six reports. DVF immediately apologized and sent over flowers to make nice, but her lawyers haven't been as prompt.

"Rather than making a fair offer to resolve her claims, [DVF's] attorneys keep adding additional parties and spending substantial time and money taking testimony of the many different people and businesses employed in the production and hosting of the show," Larrain's attorney Stuart Schlesinger said.

A spokesperson for DVF said the company would look into the matter.
