Littleton school shooting suspect Bruco Strongeagle Eastwood had a troubled past, new information about him has revealed.
The 32-year-old had shown unusual behavior in the past and was a convicted felon, but he apparently could not afford treatment for his mental problems.
KDVR did a TV story about Eastwood in 2005 when he was part of a NASA experiment evaluating effects of weightlessness on the human body. The picture of him here was from that interview.
Eastwood is being held on $1 million bail on suspicion of attempted murder.
The AP reports that Eastwood had displayed increasingly erratic behavior in recent weeks, according to his father, including "yelling at imaginary friends and complaining that eating macaroni and cheese made too much noise."
There are also reports that Eastwood may have contacted Deer Creek students online before the shooting.
