Sally Quinn Has 'No Regrets' Over Column

Sally Quinn may have lost her print column in the Washington Post, but she says she has no regrets.

"I have absolutely no regrets at all," Quinn told Politico's Michael Calderone.

Quinn used her column last week to address rumors about her family — that she had scheduled her son's wedding deliberately to coincide with her husband's granddaughter's — and lost her newspaper column this week.

"I just felt like if I wrote this, I would take the heat off them," she said. "And boy, did I ever."

"People then stopped focusing on [Quinn and his fiancée] and started focusing on me," she added. "That's fine. I've been there most of my life."
