Mark J. Jackson Sentenced To 15 Years In Prison For Ponzi Scheme

Denver-area financial adviser Mark J. Jackson was sentenced Tuesday to 15 years in prison after he pleaded guilty to a racketeering charge.

Denver District Judge Shelley Gillman also sentenced Jackson to five years of mandatory parole.

Jackson was immediately taken into custody by police officers.
