The widow of the former owner of the Detroit Pistons and Tampa Bay Lightning is selling a 10-acre ranch near Aspen for $47 million. Karen Davidson placed the Stony Creek Ranch on the market several months ago, 14 years after her deceased husband, glass magnate Bill Davidson, bought the property for just $8.6 million.
The Stony Creek Ranch, which was first homesteaded in 1882, now features 5 ranch buildings, an 11,000 square-foot home, a pond, and its own water system.
