FasTracks Contractor Has Paid Nearly $200 Million In Court Settlements Since 1995

The Denver area's Regional Transportation District announced a week ago that it had selected a coalition of six companies to head up the construction of three new FasTracks rail lines, all to be completed by 2016, and $300 million under budget. The group of companies, which call themselves Denver Transit Partners, is led by the engineering firm Fluor Enterprises and the financial company Macquarie Capital Group Ltd.
