You could try following Angelina Jolie on Twitter, but you won't have much luck. The account has been "locked" and is currently not accepting any followers.
An anonymous source from the Jolie camp says that the actress requested the account so nobody else could use it, and that if she did begin to tweet, it would be "for charity-related items," according to US Weekly.
Jolie and her longtime partner Brad Pitt have been involved in a number of philanthropic endeavors over the past decade, most notably through the Maddox Jolie-Pitt Foundation, which works to eliminate extreme poverty in rural areas and protect natural lands and wildlife. They've also been frequent contributors to Doctors Without Borders and Global Action for Children. Pitt has been active in the Gulf region since Hurricane Katrina, establishing the Make It Right Foundation in 2006 to build clean energy homes for those who lost everything during the disaster.
