Jim Gray & Corey Pavin FEUD: Who Is Telling The Truth?

Golf Channel contributor Jim Gray and Ryder Cup captain Corey Pavin engaged in an unexpected and "heated exchange" during a PGA Championship press conference today, according to Steve DiMeglio of USA Today.

Gray reported Tuesday that Pavin said he would pick Tiger Woods for the team if he doesn't make the cut.

"Of course I'm going to pick him. He's the best player in the world," Pavin reportedly told Gray.

However, Pavin denied the report and tweeted today that Gray misquoted him.

"His interpretation of what I said is incorrect. There's nobody that's promised any picks right now," Pavin said at the press conference. "It would be disrespectful to everybody that's trying to make the team."

DiMeglio tweeted that the two were face to face and Gray "stuck his finger in Pavin's face." A full transcript of the press conference can be found here. Who do you believe?
