Bel-Air Le Belvedere Sells For $50 Million

Via WSJ: We first wrote about Le Belvedere when we found out developer Mohamed Hadid had sold the property for a price between $50 million and $72 million dollars in June. Even though we didn't know its exact price, the range from $50-72 million made it the most expensive real estate sale of 2010 thus far.

Now the Wall Street Journal reports that the sale price was $50 million and sold to Sarp Turanligil, but not for long:

Public records list the buyer as Sarp Turanligil, owner of a Turkey-based yacht and furniture production company. A representative for Mr. Turanligil says he never owned the home, but was managing some business for a company that bought the home and is no longer affiliated with the property. The home has changed titles twice since it was purchased in June, to two different limited-liability companies, according to public records.
