In a recent survey dubbed "The Best and Worst Run States In America," the market analysis blog ranked Colorado 25th in nation in overall financial and overall governmental management. Who's number 1? It's Wyoming, amazingly, for things like it's high credit score and top rate of high school completion. The bottom of the list at 50th was Kentucky.
