There is a new world's shortest man: Khagendra Thapa Magar of Nepal.

The Nepalese fruit seller inherited the Guinness World Record upon officially turning 18 years old on Thursday. He measures in at 26.4 inches (67 centimeters) and replaces former record holder Edward Nino Hernandez of Columbia, who measures 27 inches (70 centimeters).

Hernandez, 24, had just received the title last month.

A previous "World's Shortest Man" record-holder China's He Pingping died earlier this year at 21.
