Centro Latin Kitchen In Boulder Set To Host 'Durango Beer Dinner'

This Thursday, Centro Latin Kitchen in Boulder will be combining two of Colorado's favorite culinary traditions--beer and Mexican food--into one tasty night.

Head chef Ian Clark will serve a three-course meal inspired by the cuisine from the Northwest Mexican state of Durango.

Each course will be complemented by an appropriate brew from Longmont's Oskar Blues. The first course will be Crispy Duck and Spicy Red Chile Tamales. The second will be Day Long Beef Barbacoa, followed by Apple and Sweet Cheese Stuffed Sopaipillas.
