Renee Zellweger Puts Two UES Apartments On The Market (PHOTOS)

Everyone from The New York Times to the tabloids have been reporting that actress Renee Zellweger is selling her Upper East Side apartments perhaps in order to be closer to beau Bradley Cooper.

Though her reasoning is speculation at the moment, it is true that Zellweger is selling two separate properties that make up the entire second floor of a co-op on 82nd Street at Madison Avenue. When Zellweger originally bought the apartments in 2007 and 2008, she also purchased a third in order to combine the spaces. She paid $8,200,000 for all three properties

The listing describes the larger of the two spaces, the three-bedroom three-and-a-half-bath that is currently on the market for $6,975,000
