Previously, TYAH's Seth braved colonic doom and tried the Bite. Last week he upped the ante and challenged East Village restaurant JoeDoe to try creating their very own Pancake Bite. The result looks deliciously decadent (and points for serving the meat inside the little pancake ball warm).
