Tuesday's northeastern snowstorm may have been a real pain for a lot of people, but for a father and son it proved to be a life saver.
The two passengers were flying to Massachusetts Thursday when they encountered engine problems and found themselves plummeting to the ground. But a snow covered back yard proved to be an incredible landing zone.
The pair, who walked away uninjured, says the snow cushioned their landing. The miraculous landing not only saved their lives, but even limited damage to the plane.
