Amar'e Stoudemire: 'Nobody's Afraid Of The Miami Heat'

Amar'e: "Nobody's Afraid Of The Miami Heat"

Despite having LeBron James, Dwyane Wade and one of the best records in the NBA, New York Knicks star Amar'e Stoudemire doesn't get rattled by the Miami Heat.

"Nobody's afraid of the Miami Heat," Stoudemire said, according to ESPNNewYork.

The Heat play the Knicks in Madison Square Garden on Thursday night. New York lost the previous two meetings.

"We had a chance to win both games. So we feel like we're still improving," Stoudemire continued. "We still have something to prove. We're trying to get better as a team and it starts tomorrow night."

After a rough start to the season, the Miami are now 31-13 and in first place of the Southeast division. However, the Heat have lost four of their last five games and will be without Chris Bosh against the Knicks due to a high ankle sprain.
