Rajon Rondo Scared To Score? Celtics Guard Avoids Layup Against Grizzlies (VIDEO/POLL)

Scared To Score?

In the final minutes of the Memphis Grizzlies' 90-87 win over the Boston Celtics on Wednesday night, Ray Allen stripped the ball away and started a fast break.

Down 86-85 at the time, Allen made an outlet pass to Rajon Rondo. The All-Star point guard looked as if he had an easy layup with Memphis' Tony Allen and Sam Young trailing him.

Instead of taking it all the way to the basket for a layup, Rondo dribbled away from the hoop and passed it back to Allen at the three point line.

Did Rondo lose his handle on the ball? Did he think he was going to miss an easy bucket? Or was he afraid that he was going to get blocked? Scroll down to watch the video and tell us what you think.
