Hmm...feel like we've heard this one before.
French shoemaker Raphael Young has created the most comfortable high heels ever, so comfortable, in fact, that Young felt comfortable applying to patent the technology behind them, the Daily Mail reports.
The "R-Flex" shoes are made from flexible rubber with leather soles and latex gel injections under the balls of the feet. And steel inserts line the design to avoid ankle-twisting. All yours for about $662 (£400).
Apparently, Kay Barron, features editor at Grazia magazine is a huge fan of the R-Flexes, saying they "are supremely flexible and comfy -- surprisingly, considering how high they are. I wore them for a whole day during London Fashion Week and there was no burning pain, or numb toes."
