Norway's Prime Minister Calls Emergency Crisis Meeting After Bombing

The BBC reports that Norwegian Prime Minister Jens Stoltenberg has called a crisis meeting of his government after a bombing at government headquarters in Oslo and a shooting in Utoya, Norway just outside of Oslo.

The emergency meeting is scheduled for Friday evening.

The AP reports that Stoltenberg and his administration were not harmed in the bombing which police said killed seven people.

Meanwhile, President Obama expressed his condolences to the people of Norway after the attacks and said they serve as a reminder that the world has a role in stopping such terror from happening.
