Ryan Gosling In Terrence Malick's Untitled Film Project?

Big Ryan Gosling News Slip Out

When he's not breaking up fights on the streets of New York, Ryan Gosling acts in movies. Lots and lots of movies.

The constantly-in-motion star enjoys a close relationship with Nicolas Winding Refn, his director on the upcoming drama "Drive." The two are teaming up again, for the 2012 film, "Only God Forgives," and they're due to work together once again in a remake of "Logan's Run."

That, however, may have to wait. After all, other directors want to work with the guy, too.

Film School Rejects reports that at a Q&A session for the film, Winding Refn revealed that Gosling may star in "Tree of Life" director Terrence Malick's untitled project, which is also looking at Christian Bale as a potential star. That would come before "Logan's Run," but after "The Place Beyond The Pines," which Gosling is shooting now with his "Blue Valentine" director Derek Cianfrance and Bradley Cooper, and "The Gangster Squad," in which he is starring with Sean Penn and Bryan Cranston.

In "Drive" news, another trailer, with new footage, has dropped, which you can see below.
