The weather was dreary at Saturday's Crafty Bastards! arts and crafts fair in Adams Morgan, but bundled-up customers still took the time to peruse items from countless artists, many from out-of-town, that defy traditional perceptions of what a crafts fair looks like. The event, sponsored by Washington City Paper, welcomed more than 180 vendors to the Marie Reed Learning Center's sprawling campus off 18th Street NW.
