Amy Blose -- a 37-year-old nurse accused of having sex with a 13-year-old -- was released from jail under a bond agreement with the express condition that she have no contact with anyone under the age of 18.
But the New York Daily News reports that Blose has been arrested again after she allegedly slipped a love note hidden inside a breakfast burrito and sent it to the boy.
