If you're wishing that George Clooney will one day father your child, you might want to find someone else to fill that role.
Clooney's young co-star in "The Descendants," Amara Miller, has it on good authority that the playboy actor isn't father material.
"Let me just say, he wouldn't be good as a father," Miller told Us Weekly at the film's premier on Tuesday in Los Angeles. "He wouldn't be the best as a father."
The 11-year-old, who made her film debut with "The Descendants," seems wise beyond her years. "George likes being an adult," she explained. "George has fun being an adult, and I don't think he would like having kids. I know that he's not planning on having kids anytime soon."
Clooney of course agrees with his on screen daughter.
For all those waiting for the 50-year-old to settle down, you can keep waiting. At the film's premier the actor joked that if he were to adopt children they'd have to already be in their 20s.
And perhaps the real reason Amara doesn't think Clooney would make a good dad:
"It was fun to work with Amara because it was her first film and she didn't know that you would have to do a lot of takes," Clooney told reporters. "So the first time they brought a bowl of ice cream out, she pounds the whole bowl of ice cream. And I just let her do it and like seven takes later she's eaten seven bowls of ice cream. She literally didn't make it to work the next day."
It seems like if Clooney has any paternal instinct at all, he's not about to show it.
