A high school English teacher has been put on paid leave after an undercover piece found that he previously performed in pornographic films, Boston's Fox 25 reports.
Kevin Hogan, an employee of the Mystic Valley Regional Charter School since September, can also be found on the Internet under the screen name Hytch Cawke, the report stated.
The report lists some of the films Hogan can be seen in:
"His movie credits include “Fetish World” and “Just Gone Gay 8,” and FOX Undercover found his third movie, whose title is not fit to reveal in a family news outlet, in a local adult store. It features him answering an ad to have sex for money."
When station reporter Mike Beaudet confronted the teacher on the findings, Hogan answered, "I don't know what you're talking about."
According to the Boston Globe, the school notified parents of the investigation Wednesday afternoon in an email, mentioning that staff issued proper background checks when they hired him.
Earlier this month, a California high school teacher was put on paid leave after school officials said she was operating a pornographic website from a laptop provided by the school.
The teacher maintained that the allegations were "overblown."
Also this month in California, parents were outraged after ex-porn star Sasha Grey was a guest reader at Emerson Elementary School in Compton, California.
After discussions cooled down, Grey released a statement in her defense:
"I committed to this program with the understanding that people would have their own opinions about what I have done, who I am and what I represen. I am an actor. I am an artist. I am a daughter. I am a sister. I am a partner. I have a past that some people may not agree with, but it does not define who I am... I believe in the future of our children, and I will remain an active supporter and participant in education-focused initiatives."
