Getting the title of "Master Sommelier" is not something that can happen overnight. And it definitely takes more than just an amateur knowledge of wine. To qualify, one must take an incredibly challenging test -- one that requires students to identify wines from all over the world. Thus, preparation for this exam takes years, and a lot of dedication. In the yet-to-be-released film "SOMM," Director Jason Wise filmed students planning to take this test. Wise took two years, and traveled to six countries, to shoot the film.
