'The Challenge: Battle Of The Exes' Season Premiere: Honey-Soaked Bridge Defeats Nate (VIDEO)

Fans of MTV reality shows got to welcome back a slew of familiar faces on the Season 22 Premiere of "The Challenge: Battle Of The Exes" (Wed., 10 p.m. EST on MTV). The twist this season is that the contestants were paired with people they were once intimate with.

"Real World: San Diego" alumni Nate and Priscilla were up against CT and Diem ("The Duel") and Nate had the worst time trying to cross a honey-soaked bridge. In fact, it looked as though he really hurt himself.

However, he may have only himself to blame for his lack of sticking power. As one of his fellow contestants observed, "That's what happens when you drink all night long and pass out by the pool."

After the debacle, a battered and bruised Nate said he felt like he'd let Priscilla down, "but what am I gonna do? I didn't practice walking on honey at home!"
