Choreographer Jonah Bokaer collaborates with Miami native and visual artist Daniel Arsham for Why Patterns & Recess, two dance performance premieres at the Arsht Center. The set is designed by Arsham and his architectural design firm, Snarkitechure. Look for their sculptural work at the new Marlins stadium.

Tigertail and the Florida Dance Association present three works by Axis Dance Company, a troupe made up of able and disabled dancers. See them perform "The Narrowing" by Sebastian Grubb, "Light Shelter" by David Dorfman, and the Florida premiere of "Full of Words" by British choreographer, Marc Brew. This Saturday they'll screen Office Killer, a Cindy Sherman-directed film in which Molly Ringwald murderously flips out at work. Miami artist Jillian Mayer's Guggenheim-winning short "Scenic Jogging" will also screen.
