Live Updates: Arizona Primary Results

The Arizona primary drew voters in the Grand Canyon State to the polls on Tuesday.

Former Massachusetts Gov. Mitt Romney was favored to come out on top in the contest over former U.S. Sen. Rick Santorum, U.S. Rep. Ron Paul and former House Speaker Newt Gingrich.

In the Arizona primary, 29 delegates are at stake. Whichever candidate finishes in first place will secure all of the state's delegates.

Voters in Michigan also went to the polls on Tuesday to cast ballots in the state's primary election.
