Corey Trabucco Threw Up On Cop Intentionally During Drug Arrest: Police Report (PHOTOS)

GAG ORDER: Man Allegedly Vomits On Cop Intentionally

He had the right to remain silent, but he spewed anyway.

Florida man Corey Trabucco, 21, allegedly vomited on an officer's head and shoulder from the back of a patrol car because "I'm going to jail anyway," according to WTSP.

At about 6 p.m. on Saturday, a witness called cops on Trabucco -- who already has a long rap sheet in Pasco County -- because he was allegedly standing on the street and talking about selling drugs on his cell phone in New Port Richey.

Cops found 20 Percocet pills on Trabucco, who later admitted that he didn't have a prescription, according to a police report.

That's when things went disgustingly wrong.

On the way to jail, Trabucco reportedly put his face up against a screen that separated him from the officer, made himself gag, and puked over the cop's head, shoulder and ear.

On top of his controlled substance possession charge, Trabucco was slapped with a charge of aggravated battery on an officer.

It's still a bit unclear why Trabucco decided that the upchuck was his last resort -- but it could be because he's sick of going to jail. He's been arrested in Pasco county at least nine times since July 2009, when he was just 18.

Most of his arrests were on unlawful firearms charges, but he's also been charged with theft, burglary, resisting arrest, DUI, leaving the scene of an accident, criminal mischief, failure to appear in court, and marijuana possession, according to reports.
