Billionaire businessman Manuel (Matty) Moroun, his son, Matthew, and top aide Dan Stamper are back in court this morning for the latest hearing on the long-delayed Gateway project.

In a dramatic conclusion to the hearing, Judge Edwards said he was not satisfied that enough progress had been made and ordered the bridge company to surrender control of the project entirely to MDOT.
