Leadership For Change: Harvard Professor Discusses Changing Sleep Habits On A National Scale

As part of National Sleep Awareness Week, the National Sleep Foundation's annual campaign to remind people about the importance and value of sleep, The Huffington Post and The Forum at Harvard School of Public Health collaborated on a live webcast event titled "Fighting the Clock: How America's Sleep Deficit is Damaging Longterm Health."

In this highlight from the event, Dr. Lucian Leape, M.D., adjunct professor of health policy at the Harvard School of Public Health, discusses the ways in which patient advocacy groups, parent groups and the Occupational Safety and Health Administration can put the pressure on our society to change the way we value sleep.
