'Mob Wives' Drita D'Avanzo, Carla Facciolo Talk Crime Family Lifestyle

Who's Calling Angelina Jolie A Mob Boss?

Although the title of their show would indicate otherwise, Drita D'Avanzo and Carla Facciolo don't consider themselves "Mob Wives" -- but there is one Hollywood A-lister they think fits the bill.

"Well, mob, if you look it up, means it's a crew," Drita tells me. "Anyone can be in the mob, you don't have to be Italian. I think every person, every type of person, nationality, etc. has that in their personality."

But Carla seems to have a harsher view of what a "crew" really is.

"It's an organization of people who do all bad things," Carla adds. "You have to get involved with guys who are all into doing something bad. You do wrong things and that’s why you end up in jail."

Both ladies don't consider themselves a part of the mob, but rather live the lifestyle of a mob wife -- a lifestyle that Carla knows well, having grown up in a mob family rather than marrying into it.

“As a kid going up, I had my uncle tell me they were in the mob," Carla recalls. "I come from a lifestyle of seeing things around me; nothing too crazy –- it's like going somewhere and people having a different respect for you. But the bad side is that the ones who you love will be taken from you. Your kids are taken away from you -– your life becomes f--ked up."

But both women agree that the "lifestyle" stops with them and vow to steer their children away from the glamorous but dangerous path.

And although Carla and Drita refused to comment on whether any celebrities have mob connections, they both agreed that Angelina Jolie looks the part of a mob boss.
