'The Lion King' Parents Guide Makes One Hilarious Mistake

IMDB.com's parents' guide for "The Lion King" once featured a warning about a violent scene in which a young lion mauls a tourist, despite such a scene never existing in the movie, according to one Reddit user.

It's important to point out that the parental guides on IMDB, like Wikipedia pages, are open to those who want to edit the page, so this could have all been a ruse from a clever IMDB user. The Huffington Post was unable to find the alleged statement, though we did find another questionable statement under the "Alcohol/Drugs/Smoking" category.

"Simba, Timon, and Pumba are often seen smoking from what appears to be a crack pipe, although this is never specifically addressed in the movie by any character."

Regardless, Reddit users are having fun pointing out a few other controversial topics within the Disney film.

"I was also surprised they didn't mention the constant nudity, by everyone in the movie," writes one user. "Seriously will someone please think of the children?"

Meanwhile, another user has an entirely different theory altogether: "Guess Simba decided to do something about that Kony guy."

Here's a screenshot of the alleged mauling comment below, as found on Imgur.
