WATCH: The Making Of 'No Reservations'

A new web-video series shows the behind-the-scenes making of Anthony Bourdain's "No Reservations," giving a unique look at the massive logistical effort that goes into the finished product.

Sharing stories from the field -- including a camera crew prank involving sharks in Tahiti, a side trip to Chernobyl, the risks of shooting on ocean-side cliffs -- the crew explains the often exhausting and sometimes hilarious life behind the camera of the Travel Channel hit.

"Yes, even though I'm traveling around the world, it's definitely not a vacation," says producer Diane Schutz.

So far, four of eight episodes have been released, with the remainder of the mini-episodes coming over the next few weeks at RoadBiteTV on YouTube.
