Georgetown, N.C. State Square Off In NCAA Tournament Third Round

No. 3 Georgetown vs. No. 11 N.C. State

The Hoyas weren't going to let a third straight early exit from the NCAA Tournament happen. After losing their first game in the big dance in the last two years, third seeded Georgetown dominated No. 14 Belmont 74-59. The Hoyas shot 62 percent from the field, were tenacious on defense and snapped the Bruins' 14-game winning streak.

In the next round, Georgetown has to go through No. 11 N.C. State in order to reach the Sweet 16. The Wolfpack upset No. 6 San Diego State, dominating in the paint and winning, 79-65.

Will N.C. State pull off another upset? Or will the Hoyas' disciplined Princeton offense be too much for the N.C. State?
